About
Dedicated private networks are available to Paperspace for Business accounts. Private Networking provides logical isolation from other Paperspace customers. This feature enables all machines and drives belonging to the team to communicate with each other.
Pricing
$1/mo for each machine within the Private Network.
Creating A Private Network
Private Networking is required for certain features, including Shared Drives and site-to-site VPNs. This feature can be added anytime by clicking the Network tab in the console.
Note: Private networks are region specific.
Note: If machine is on during Network Migration, loss of connectivity may be experienced. The machine will be running but you will not be able to connect/SSH until you reboot the machine.
IP Addresses
By default each of your PS private networks is assigned a random /24 subnet belonging to the RFC 1918 private IP address space (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network). Users have the option to change to a /24 of their choosing, should it be a technical requirement for them, by submitting a ticket -- provided this /24 adheres to the RFC 1918 private IP address space.
Paperspace does not currently support outside Public IPs but will in the future!
