If your credit card is declined at invoicing and you need to update it, go to the billing section in your Paperspace account and add a new card, or re-enter the card if you believe it should work. When you add a new credit card billing will run automatically, clearing your balance and renewing access to your account.
If your credit card is declined, we recommend contacting your bank directly. Sometimes perfectly "healthy" credit cards get declined for a number of reasons, from an email address that doesn't match to suspected unusual activity. If you have questions please open a support ticket.
We also increased security on our payment processor to protect fraudulent activity on Paperspace. Some users who did not enter a zip/postal code or previously entered one that doesn't match your billing address, you will need to re-enter the card.
If you have an unpaid invoice, you will not be able to create, delete, upgrade or otherwise modify machines, or launch notebooks or jobs. After 72 hours of nonpayment, all machines, notebooks or jobs will be forcibly shut down and will not power on until payment is made in full.
Paperspace reserves the right to deactivate your account after 30 days.
