Paperspace billing occurs on the first of every month. If your credit card fails for whatever reason, your account will have an outstanding balance.
While your balance is outstanding, individual users are prevented from accessing or creating Paperspace machines. Team admins are prevented from creating new machines or accessing certain features.
To clear your balance, please log in to Paperspace, navigate to the Billing section, and enter your valid credit card. Balances that remain outstanding will carry over to the following monthly billing period and will display on your invoice as "balance carried."
If a balance is not cleared in 72 hours, all machines will be shut down, and you'll be unable to restart them without making a successful payment.
Suppose the balance is due over 60 days. In that case, Paperspace reserves the right to deactivate your account (unable to login to the web console, removal of all credentials) and permanently purge all resources in your account.
