Teams are a great way to collaborate with people inside and outside your organization.
Creating a Team
To start building a team, click the Team link at the bottom of your left-hand navigation menu in the Console, and select "New Team."
Under the My Teams section, you'll see your default team. That "team" is automatically created when you sign up for Paperspace, and it exists as your personal workspace. It details your subscription levels, active subscriptions, etc. on an individual level. If you want to invite and collaborate with others, you'll want to create a new team.
Click the Create Team button, and name your new Team:
Once you click "Submit," you'll have created your first team!
Inviting Users to your Team
Note: Only invite users that you know and trust. As a Team Owner, you are responsible for any actions and billing associated with your account.
Once you've created your team, you'll be automatically taken to that team's settings, where you can start inviting users. You can also reach that page by clicking the Team menu button and selecting "Manage Team."
From here, you can invite users by clicking the green "Invite User" button:
Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. Use the green plus sign to add more than one email address at a time:
Click "Invite Users" and you're all set! Your invitees will get an email letting them know that you've asked them to join your Team. In the lower section of the Manage Team page, you'll see a list of all of your users and whether or not they've accepted your invitation. You can remove users from this section as well:
Note: Removing a user from your team will remove their access permissions to any machines or resources that are owned by your team.
Switching Between Teams
When you log in to Paperspace, you'll automatically be logged in to the last team you were interacting with. If you've never been on a team, you're logged in to your Private Workspace. To see teams you own or are a member of, Click the bottom Team button (in the screenshot, it's the default Private Workspace):
Hover over a Team and click "click to switch" to change environments. To see all teams you're a member of and their members, click "Manage All Teams."
