We are aware of an issue where some users on Mac OS Catalina are getting the following message during/after installing the Paperspace Native App:
"Paperspace.app" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
We're working on a permanent solution for this.
In the meantime, here are steps to fix it.
- Open System Preferences
- Security & Privacy
- Within the 'Allow apps downloaded from' section you will see a notice to allow the installation of the Paperspace app.
- Confirm it and proceed to install as usual.
