Invoicing: When, What, and How
Invoicing begins at Midnight (UTC) on the 1st of each month for all accounts, available for viewing in the Paperspace Console.
Note: For Hourly Subscription VMs, invoices will fully populate within 48-72 hours. This means you may not see a total calculation of hours right away. If a couple of days have passed and you still do not see utilization, or if you have a question regarding what the invoice says, please contact support.
Invoices reflect monthly subscription fee charges for the month ahead, specifically, Hourly Subscription Access & Storage fees and/or Monthly Subscription flat-rate fees.
Hourly Subscription utilization is also reflected for the prior month and add-ons (such as Public IP Addresses, Snapshots, and Templates).
Users can opt into receiving an email notification when their invoice is paid, which includes a link to this month's invoice, by navigating to the Billing section of the Console UI and toggling this switch:
Links to all prior invoices are also available in the Console UI dropdown, which looks like this:
Clicking on an item from the dropdown will open a new window to your invoice URL, which has an option to download the invoice in PDF form as well as to print it.
Note: If you deactivate an Hourly Subscription VM but had it on during the month, your next invoice will reflect this utilization and be the last invoice this VM appears on.
